Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Secure Your Package
Place your jewelry in its original designer packaging and include all certificates, appraisals, and the original invoice to ensure a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
